I am looking for a roommate to move into a 2B/2B condo. The condo is owned by a good friend of mine who would like to rent it to me. The total monthly rent is $2600. The roommate would cover approx. $1200 - 1250 of the rent. The condo is located on the West End of Alexandria (right off 395). We cannot move in before June. The unit has an open floor plan, den, washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven and balcony. The second bedroom is spacious, has a walk-in closet, and tall window. The building has a front desk for packages, courtyard, swimming pool, friendly neighbors, on the DASH and Metro Bus lines. Street parking (parking spaces are limited).
