Hello, this is a shared space. The master bedroom is available and a spare room for office use. The master bedroom comes with a bathroom attached. Furnishes are welcome as the current roommate (me) just moved in as well. Landlord does require a background check and a deposit for the form. Lease period would be discussed with the the landlord.

My name is Oye, I am currently looking for a roommate who is clean, friendly and good with communication. My previous roommate just moved out and the landlord is currently open to me finding a second person since I currently still live here. My lease is up in June but the house is open to a 2 year or 1 year leasing period.
