1 bedroom and private bathroom in big, spacious house in Longmont! Available from April 1st - July 1st, 2024. $1250 per month, plus utilities. Utilities are split in half. Dates are flexible and rent can be prorated.

Located in a great area of Longmont, just South of Quail road. Minutes walking distance to the Longmont Recreation Center and Museum, and with several large grass fields of open space a block away. Perfect and safe area to walk around and enjoy the outdoors.

The bedroom/bathroom available are located on the upper floor. The bedroom has a closet with shelving and hanging rods. It is comfortably carpeted. The bathroom is a full bathroom with shower/bathtub, several drawers and cabinets and a closet for storage. There is also a large vanity mirror. Option for the bedroom to be fully furnished for you (bed, mattress, side tables, desk and chair).

There is ample parking in front of the house (street-parking). Shared spaces include the entire downstairs: kitchen, living room, dining room, guest bathroom, back patio with furniture, front porch and garage.

I am Shawn, (29yo female) who has lived here for the past year and a half with my brother, Aaron (27yo). I am moving in with my boyfriend ~April 2024, so I am looking for a roommate to take over my portion of the lease until July 1st 2024. The roommate will be living with Aaron, the current tenant.

Aaron is consistent with doing his share of chores to keep the common areas clean. He is extremely personable and easy to get along with. He keeps to himself in his private spaces for most of the day.
