Great Cary location on a 1/4 acre lot next to grocery stores, restaurants, downtown etc. This includes 2 rooms. One room is furnished the other can be used for office. Fenced in back yard. Big front yard.

33 years old from Atlanta now living in Cary. Previous room mate had a job transfer. Active in the community and I coach baseball during the summer. I keep a clean house and have one small dog that is friendly.
