Located 1 mile from Historic Downtown Summerville in a quiet neighborhood. House shared with the owners - 2 working professionals. You would have your own fully furnished bedroom and your own bathroom. Two living spaces, front and rear outdoor space, excellent walking neighborhood, and use of the garage/attic for some potential storage if needed. Utilities and expenses included. No pets please.

House share with the two owners. Preference for a roomie who is clean, well organized, and responsible. We don’t party, drink, or partake in smoking or substance use.
