The room is fully furnished, all utilities included,and washer and dryer,Located about 10 minutes from downtown Nashville and 15 minutes from BNA,Good quiet neighborhood plenty of parking space and yard.Looking to rent the room for about 9 months or if you need short stay,that’s fine.

I do rent 1 room already to a Spanish male,he’s been here about 6 months,very respectful and stays in his room,doesn’t speak much English,cleans up after himself,Myself WM,in my 50’s,work most of the time 6 days a week I keep my house clean and expect everyone to clean up behind themselves,Have any questions please feel free to ask.
