Looking for a new roommate to move in May 1st! This apartment is a 3 bed, 2.5 bed unit with plenty of space and natural light. Valley Village is a great location and you can’t beat what you get for this rent!

The building is brand new, only a year or two old. The apartment comes with 2-car tandem parking in a gated garage which the roommates can divvy up however they see fit. Stacked washer/dryer in unit. All new stainless steel appliances. Shared balcony off of the living room and a wraparound balcony off of the back two bedrooms. The building has an elevator to make moving in super easy! Tenants pay for gas, electric, and internet. Per person, this comes out to $70-100/mo. This is for a 12-month lease.

Bedroom 3 (Open) = 1,075/mo (Large Bedroom, Private Balcony, Closet w Mirror, Own Bathroom (only shower is shared w roommate in bedroom 2).

The apartment is basically furnished, but will ask you to contribute a living room TV or something else to the space.

About me - I’m a working Actor/Musician. I like to go out as much as I like to stay in. I enjoy cooking, spending time with friends, listening to music, watching tv/movies, thrifting/shopping, and exploring/travel.

We are looking for a roommate who is a working professional. Ideal candidates are easy-going and looking to be friends/friendly with the other roommates. I prefer one person per room so it’s a 3-person apt. All genders, orientations, and backgrounds welcome.
