I’m open to females and males, one person per room. This rent by the room will give you access to the entire house including the living room, family room, kitchen with everything needed to cook, laundry room with washer and dryer, and parking spots. Common area with nice, modern furniture, every bedroom has a big closet and a queen-size bed with comfortable mattress. Wi-Fi throughout the house. No pets allowed. Background and credit score (not less than 600) checks are required. An application fee of $30 and one month’s rent for a security deposit is required.
