It’s located in Sacramento, off Jacinto way near Elk Grove. Very nice neighborhood across the street from Jacinto park and walking distance from Consumer’s college, 24hr Fitness, movie theater and Elk Grove shopping stores and has plenty of off street parking.

ABOUT THE RENT: The room rents for $900.00 and has a first and last month rent payment requirement due upon signing rental agreement. Rooms are currently available now and will be prorated accordingly. Rent payment is due the last day of each month (the 30th and/or 31st). Sorry no couples, no pet no children so please don’t ask. If you’re interested, you should call for an appointment. The bedrooms are nice size, fully and nicely furnished room with a queen size bed, paid utilities, Internet WiFi, washer/dryer, your own separate refrigerator, off street parking and full kitchen privileges. Again, this is a nice, quiet and very comfortable living space with “ZERO” drama. ABOUT ME: we are laid back, easy going and mind our own business. Renter will have hers complete privacy and full use of the facility. Since we are all adults, I hope everyone can be mindful and courteous of each others in that regard.
