Lovely 2-story Victorian with many modern features. Large bedroom with 11 foot ceilings, double-wide closet, personal refrigerator/freezer and 2 huge windows allows plenty of sunshine & cross breezes, looking down over the neighborhood. In the kitchen there is a Keurig coffee maker and ice machine located with Samsung gas stove and Bosch dishwasher. All the dishes and utensils are available for shared use, as well as the appliances, cleaning supplies and linens. We have a toy poodle, Lily, we’re watching for a friend who is in the hospital. Lily is friendly and adorable. She is a poodle so she has hair, instead of fur, which I understand is OK for people with allergies to dogs. There is a large fenced green yard with a garden to relax in the shade or soak up the sun with lots of sitting areas on the property. Warm breezes in the afternoon and cooler breezes in the evening. Great community with friendly neighbors.

My husband works in South San Francisco in technology and I am a student working on my second career. We are all very polite and kind, no drama or major issues and try to support each other when we can. The roomie we are looking for is female; student, working or retired. We are a considerate and respectful community and we welcome you to join us.
