Hi there! I’m reaching out because I recently moved to Chicago and I’m looking for a roommate in my current home. Rent is $687/mo and utilities amount to around $100 per month. It is available now. A 12 month contract will begin once you decide to move in.

The location in North Center is super convenient as it’s right next to (only 20 steps really!) both a brown line station and a bus route and 20m from Wrigley Field on foot. It’s incredibly accessible and has easy street parking! It is a Garden unit and while it may be on the smaller side, it is cozy, cute and has many conveniences. There is a grocery store(T.J.‘s) and dining that’s ~5m walk away. Street parking is easy, no permit needed, and almost always available!

I’m really hoping to find a roommate who shares similar interests or is simply reliable, calm, and respectful towards their environment. A little about me…I consider myself to be an ambivert (introverted extrovert). I’m a creative soul that loves painting, writing, photography, reading, and cooking. I have started working on my marketing career in Chicago with a creative side business. An added bonus is that I absolutely love cooking for my friends and housemates. My pronouns are She/They. I do have a small, old man dog who lives with me, but unfortunately, there’s no more room for any additional pets.
