Bathroom is not shared but it’s outside of bedroom and will be for any guest use if needed as it’s the only bathroom downstairs.

Kitchen & laundry privileges only.

No smoking, no drugs, no pets.

No overnight guests.

Street parking only.

Close to beach and shopping.

$200 security deposit fully refundable if room is in same condition as it was upon move in plus $300 non refundable cleaning fee.
