This is my last quarter of school and I am looking for a replacement. Taking over my lease means that you’ll pay my current rent which is $980 not including the electric bill which is the only amenity that isn’t included in the rent. complex is called Alight riverside.
About the roomies
I have 3 roommates. we all have our own room and bathroom. 2 of them are seniors and will be graduating and moving out in the summer. The other has one more year. The living room and kitchen is kept clean. Most of them are night owls but are quiet.
