One unfurnished bedroom with large closet and own bathroom available in a 1500sqft home (pictures with furniture to give the room scale). House is in a quiet neighborhood on the south east side of Napa about 10 minutes from downtown. Rent is $1100/month with a $1100 deposit plus half the utilities due on the 1st of every month. Must be able to pass a credit check and get renters insurance. This lease is for a minimum 6 months, ultimately looking for someone more long term. Shared access to kitchen, washer/dryer, and a large backyard. This house has central air/heat. No pets and no smoking allowed on premises. One other current occupant is a female with cat. Available for one occupant starting 9/1. The house is fully furnished minus the bedroom for rent.

I am 38 with a cat-no other pets are allowed on the premises. I work M-R getting up early and going to sleep early. I like cooking/ being in the kitchen. I spend a lot of my time gardening, reading, and am passionate about the environment (composting, recycling, etc.).
