Room for rent in very nice mobile home. The room is very large, 13ft x 16ft, with a big walk-in closet. It is furnished with a queen bed, night stand, big dresser, and TV. The monthly rent includes utilities, Wi-Fi, kitchen and laundry privileges. The community has three pools, two Jacuzzis, billiards room, gym, Park play equipment, fishing pond, and tennis and basket ball courts. The room is for a single occupant only, male preferred, no kids, no pets. Must speak English. Proof of income is required by form of pay stubs.
