Room for rent in very nice mobile home. It has a walk-in closet, and is also furnished with a double sized bed, and a big dresser. The monthly rent includes utilities, Wi-Fi, kitchen and laundry privileges. The community has three pools, two Jacuzzis, billiards room, gym, park play equipment, fishing pond, and tennis and basket ball courts. The room is for a single occupant only, male preferrd, with no pets or kids. Must speak English. Proof of income is required by form of pay stubs.
