Erick's room

2-3 minute drive to 840 via Yanceyville or Elm. Many restaurants and businesses in the vicinity. It has a two car garage that I don’t plan to utilize. The house is a new construction and was completed this year (2024).

No current roommates, but may seek out a second roommate. I work second shift and on Saturdays so you may have the house to yourself most of the time, at least until I find another roommate to fill in the other room.
