The room for rent is on the second floor. It’s $1100 monthly with utilities split. It’s a nice sized carpeted room with a sliding closet, and lots natural light! You’ll have your own private full bathroom! Kitchen, dining room, living room, washer/dryer all shared. 6 month and 1 year lease options. Room can be furnished for extra fee.

My ideal roommate is a kind, chill, clean, and professional female who has 1 or 2 children (however not required).

I am a mother of a 7 year old funny and active boy. I am a nurse and I work from home as an after hours case manager. I am kind, clean, outgoing, and a great cook. I love to entertain, explore different museums and activities with my son on our off days. We love music and on weekends will have music playing while chores are being done.
