Milano Drive

Hi everyone! Im hoping to share my 2b 2.5bath in Newport Beach about 5 mins from fashion island. It’s a nice and quiet neighborhood. All stainless steel, hardwood floors, fireplace, patio and washer and dryer in unit. 🙂 I’m looking to rent out the master (unfurnished) which has its own bathroom and larger closet space for around $2k and utilities are about $70-100 split. There would be access to all the common spaces of course. We also have plenty of gyms, pools and other amenities. I’d like to find a working professional in their late 20s - early 30s. Must have proof of income as the leasing office will do a background check 🙂 Move in would be around March 1st but could be flexible if needed. Also no cats cause I’m allergic sorry. I’m 27 and I work as an accountant for a tax law firm (over a year). I work mon-Friday and usually come home to relax or study ( I’m studying for the cpa exam).
