Jessica's room

I have a fully finished and conforming basement bedroom with egress window, living space, private bathroom, and 2 closets. The rooms are currently partially furnished but will not be by the time an agreement begins. There is also some storage space available in the garage. Kitchen space is shared on the main floor with your own pantry space.

I’m a medical lab technician working 4 to 5 ten hour shifts per week. I have 3 adult children who are mostly moved out. (I say mostly because one is in college nearby and may be back at the end of the current semester.) When I’m home, I’m fairly quiet and occupy myself with cooking, bike rides, and hiking. Non-smoking (of any kind), no pets.
