Hello, I’m looking for a roommate to apply for a two bedroom apartment with. It is located in Delhi Ohio 45205. I have already toured the apartment, and you can as well. The property manager confirmed that it is ready to be moved in asap, and we can be approved within a few business days. You will not require a deposit because we’ll use something called Rhino insurance. The property manager will conduct a background check and will need pay stubs before we’ll be approved.
