About the room
The house is in West Houston, Westheimer and Richmond. House has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with 2 vacant bedrooms for rent. The main bedroom on the first floor is very spacious, good for single/couple/family. The guest bedroom on the second floor is also spacious, but the resident would need to share a bathroom with me, so preferably a male roommate or if you don’t mind. There are all kinds of good eats within the 2 mile radius, as well as HEB, Walmart and newly opened 99 ranch. The location is also only 6 miles away from Chinatown (Lemme know if you want any Chinese spots recommendations!) The backyard has good space for dogs to run around in.
