Ashford Bend Drive

The house is in West Houston, Westheimer and Richmond. It has all the regular furniture-washer, dryer, fridge that makes ice, etc. I want to rent out the main bedroom on the first floor. It is very spacious, good for single, couple or family. There is also a guest bedroom on the second floor is pretty spacious, but the resident would need to share a bathroom with another tenant or me, so preferably a male roommate or if you don’t mind. There are all kinds of good eats within the 2 mile radius, as well as HEB, Walmart and newly opened 99 ranch. The location is also only 6 miles away from Chinatown (Lemme know if you want any Chinese spots recommendations!) The backyard has good space for dogs to run around in.
