-Looking to share this decent size house with 1 or 2 like minded roommates. Been here 15 yrs. Use of whole house, large yard (over an acre), & barn. Driveway has private parking for several cars. Deck on 1 side, covered porch on other. -Available to choose from would be either your own room & full hallway bathroom w/ tub on 2nd floor or your own room & full bathroom on the 3rd floor converted attic (extra tall people may not like the wall slant). A pet could be considered. -Other bills to split are internet, water/sewer, trash, PECO, & grass mowing ($60/wk during season). 1 or 2 roommates would impact costs obviously. House has 2nd floor washer/dryer which is being replaced soon with new units. - I would be asking 1st, last, 1/2 mo security (both rent & security could come down slightly if 2 people move in around the same timeframe). Any security paid can convert toward rent payment after the 6th month!

• I have a 14 yr old sweet as can be daughter who lives 5 mins away and visits when she wants, doesn’t stay overnight too often. So I do not need any bs please!

Soon to be 40 year old male, single, relaxed, easy going, not complicated, cleanly, orderly, understanding. 420 ppl are fine, drugs are not. I do not need any problematic drinking going on, I’ll have a couple drinks a couple times a wk with dinner. I cook a few nights a wk & am open to the diet suggestions of others, as I’m sure we will share some meals & ideas
