CLARA's room

This is one of my favorite places I’ve ever lived in Tulsa. It’s a 5 minute drive to downtown, has a big fenced in backyard with a couple of nice sized trees, and in a neighborhood I feel safe (as a female) to run at night in.

Room for small amount of storage in the garage, fully equipped laundry room, nice sized kitchen with dining space, living room and additional common room for game nights/ crafts etc. Shared bathroom.

I am a 28 y/o female. I’m an ENFP. Friendly, caring, with a strong belief in setting boundaries and keeping communication wide open. The ONLY way to live with others successfully is to be able to openly communicate. I expect that we share cleaning duties in common areas. Mostly just pick up after ourselves and feel comfortable talking to one another if we need each other to pitch in more here or there. I won’t mind you having folks over, as long as there was a heads up. I’m pretty social myself so I’d be happy to invite that into our home. I live with a sweet kitty and a very calm dog. Dog is WONDERFUL with new humans, cats, and dogs she’s familiar with, but it’s a whole ordeal to introduce a new dog to her. So preferably, no dogs.
