You will get your own bathroom. *Has a living room, dining room, family room, garage, super spacious kitchen (with sky lights) in the breakfast area and HUGE backyard. *You will never feel cramped in this house–lots of space (house is 3387 sqft)! Trust us on this!

*Utilities are electricty+internet (ranges from $30-80 bucks a month depending on the season. ) *Close to the main highways: 495, 395, 95 *Less than a mile away from shops and grocery stores (Shoppers and Giant are main grocery stores) *Inova Urgent Care is down the street *Right off of Exit 163 *Ideal for those working at Ft. *The current roommates all work for the government or county in some capacity. There are two roommates upstairs and two downstairs in the basement. Most people tend to stay 3+ years, which says a lot about the vibe and living environment in the house. Roommates are in their 30s and 40s and prefer that age range. *We’re looking for someone who is mature, respectful, friendly, and CLEAN. *Please be prepared for a background and credit check. The lease is 6 months to start, then automatically goes month-to-month after that.
