Single-family home located in the Adora Trails neighborhood in Gilbert. The home was built in 2015. It’s clean and in good condition. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a two car garage. I’m looking for 1-3 roommates. Perfect if you have a friend or two who is also looking for a place. The rent will be less per person for multiple roommates.

I am an easy-going 57 year-old guy, who likes to spend most of my free time watching Netflix in my room or out of the house spending time with my son. I am open to being social and can also keep to myself - whatever my roommate prefers. I work Wednesday - Sunday, so I am not home on the weekends until evening. I am easy to get along with and keep the house very clean.
