This property is a luxury apartment/hotel hybrid. I work here and receive 20% off the market rent price. I am looking for one preferably female or nonbinary roommate, open to a couple to decrease rent even more. I have not selected a unit yet and am happy to tour anyone interested in applying with me. Pet friendly, ADA accessible, clean, monitored/secured and completely keyless entry. I would be the primary on the lease.

Amenities included: -Pool +2hot tubs -washer/dryer in unit -pets allowed(no breed restrictions)-I have one corgi mix that does better with cats, but willing to test out other dogs, only one other pet allowed, 2 MAX including my own -state of the art luxury fitness center, martial arts training room, and spinning/yoga studio. -shuffleboard+billiards -movie theater on site -demo kitchen -community events weekly -pet run -grills

This property is within a 20 minute walk to the Auraria campus, directly outside of Union Station. Direct access to Whole Foods and CVS and King Soopers is just down the street. Direct walking access to Denver night life, Ball Arena, and Coors Field.

No partying, hard drugs, or illegal activity allowed of any kind-again I work here.

Utilities and internet are not included- typical utilities run between $100-200 a month and there is a Comcast vendor that sets up wifi. There is also very accessible wifi on property.

I am a 29F art student.

Young professional environment, very community friendly. I am a fairly neat individual and try to keep my space cohabitation friendly, that said I do let the occasional dish or two go and am not OCD by any means.
