The room is a nice size large room with its own detached full size bathroom with a shower. Room can come unfurnished at same price. There is laundry and kitchen privladges. Small space in the garage for sports gear (no boats).This is a quiet home and neighborhood across the street from the beach located at Silverstrand beach

I am a professional older woman that is quiet and there are 2 older indoor cats . I work both at home and in the field. The environment here is quiet and peaceful .
