House details: The house is a little over 1,200 sq feet so it’s got a decent amount of space and a reasonably sized backyard +dog run for any dogs. The bedroom will be unfurnished. Front room is furnished with couches and a tv, kitchen has all the basic cookware and eating utensils, washer and dryer is included, and a space in the garage for your car. You’ll have your own pantry, bedroom, and bathroom. There’s also a 3rd bedroom that can be used however we decide. (storage, a 3rd roomie, an office space, etc.) House is within walking/biking distance to the high school, several grocery stores, and several parks. My neighbors are fairly quiet and friendly.
No cats (I am allergic and have a dog who would pester them) If you have a dog, they must be house trained and/or get along with my dog while in the backyard.
This is a rental house who’s lease is up for renewal on April 1st. I’ve lived here for a little over 6 years now, so the rent charged on this house is below the market rate for other houses in this area. My previous roomates have decided to move out early and will not be renewing with me and I cannot cover the rent alone. I’m looking for someone who is willing to replace the previous roomate on the lease and renew the lease with me for a minimum of 12 months. The deposit listed would cover the fees the rental company charges for switching names on the lease. If you are able to move in before on or before the first week of March I can take a few hundred off your share of rent to help ease the whole moving process.

I’m a 32 year old male who works in warehousing during the day. I’ve also got a 4 year old medium sized male husky who typically stays in the backyard while I’m away. I’m a fairly quiet person who tends to stay in my room most of the time when I’m home. I’m also pretty easy to get along with and can be reasonable about most things. I enjoy playing video games in my free time. If that’s not your thing that’s cool, I’ll keep the volume down.
