We have a room opening up in our amazing 2-story, 7-bedroom (3 bath) house in Inner Richmond. And not just any room, but the largest and brightest room in the whole house! We’re looking for someone to move in February 1st, or even sooner, as it’s open starting today! The room is $1350 per month + Utilities. The security Deposit $1285, and the lease is month-to-month which allows for ample flexibility.

About the house/room:

• The house is located right across from Golden Gate Park and within walking distance of tons of amazing food and supermarkets.
• 5-minute walk from USF; Easy transportation (5, 21, 33 are a block away) and the 7, 31, 38 bus lines are about a few blocks further.
• Ton of amenities: In-unit washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen (Dishwasher, garbage disposal, and lots of appliances) -Large Backyard + Deck
• We have cleaners that come twice a month to clean the common areas (Bathrooms, kitchen, living room).
• Utilities include water, electric, trash, internet, and cleaners. All utilities are split equally amongst the roommates.
• The house is really big, so it never feels like you live with 6 other people (people travel a lot).
• No pets

A little about us: We are a fun group of people in our early to late 20’s- some of us are newer to the house, while others have been here for a few years. Respect, community, fun, and friendship are things that we value- and we hope to keep it that way! On the weekdays we’re pretty quiet, as most of us work from home. But on the weekends you can catch us going to bars and restaurants, festivals, camping, you name it. Tag in and out of activities as you please, but we love it when people want to join and create new memories. I’d say we’re a pretty lively bunch, but we definitely enjoy our down time and keeping things lowkey as well. In general I’d say we’re pretty balanced, and we’re looking for someone who’s the same. Open to people of any and all genders, professions, and walks of life.
