The property is a duplex, the room being rented is the front home . It is located on a Blvd , so parking is first come first serve , 1 small pet aloud . Internet provided, half on the electric bill only . I will pay the rest. No washing machine provided . Once deposit is given if you decide not to move , it will not be returned . I Had an issue with the previous interest still waited for her to move in for 2 months then she backed out. Move in date is at the end of the month .

I’m looking for a responsible mature animal lover Roomate , I run an animal nonprofit organisation, so pets will come and go . I’am 46 years very active , mind my business which is work , rescue and gym. I don’t allow my partner to sleep over but yours is welcome to visit , just No sleep overs . Looking for a clean person who will clean up after themselves . Thank you
