Come and enjoy this quiet home with lots of privacy situated on almost three acres of land. This home with easy access to Boston and Southern New Hampshire offers a private deck, outdoor grilling, and plenty of sitting areas to relax and unwind after a long day of work or play.

The 2-bedroom unit is part of a split ranch. My husband and I live on the top floor with our two small friendly dogs. They are never in the unit. The 2-bedroom unit on the lower level has its own private entrance. The living space includes a bathroom, kitchen stocked with the essentials, 32“ TV in the living room to view all your favorite shows and movies. Each bedroom includes a queen bed, dresser, TV and plenty of storage. The household would have to share the laundry and gym. Wi-Fi is included. No smoking. No pets. There is free onsite parking.

The mid-sized bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen size bed with under bed drawers, 24“ Smart TV, nightstands (2), and dresser.

The security deposit is non-refundable.

The fellow roommate is a healthcare professional (nurse) who works long hours.
