Hello my name is Marisa. I am a student at CSUSM and I am looking for a roomate in my 2 bed 1 bath apartment. The room available for rent is 10ft x 12ft with a closet that is 6.75 ft x 2 ft. The apartment has beautiful kitchen and a living room that are both furnished. It has an indoor washer and dryer unit with shelf space behind it in the hallway. The apartment is gated in a space with 11 other units and is on the top floor. Rent is $1260 a month and the apartment is 6-8 minutes away from CSUSM.

I am looking for a roomate who is fairly clean with no pets. It would be your space just as much as mine. Feel free to message me for more information!

I am 20 years old and a currently studying at csusm. I am fairly clean and am looking for a roommate who is too. I am pretty low maintenance and just want to find a roomate who is respectful and friendly. I don’t mind if you have people over a lot I am like I said easy going.
