Rent is 800 a month and the deposit is 350. 250 will be refunded to you with a 30 day notice when you decide to move. Room can be furnished or not. It’s quite here. Good safe environment. You must be employed full time. No pets. No hard drugs. No company. The room is for one person only. If you smoke you will need to do it outside please. All utilities are included.
