This beautiful ranch style home features a comfortable at-home feeling with lots of natural lighting. The house is peaceful and quiet, the neighborhood is quiet and yard is surrounded by big trees! It’s a friendly middle-class neighborhood. I’m a younger female and have felt safe to enjoy runs through the neighborhood morning or night.

All the shopping you could ask for is within 5 minutes! 5 min walk to light-rail, 3 min drive to highway 50.

No car wash at the home due to water regulations. However, there are car washes within 5 minutes. If staying long term, you may use washer and dryer.

Your private room offers a twin bed, dresser, nightstand, clothes hanger, loveseat, coffee table, kitchen curio, desk and lamp! There are five rooms. Your room, Room #4, is larger than the others and has a sliding glass door to the backyard. It is a converted living room space. It is off the kitchen and enclosed by three hanging, sliding doors and features a latch lock on the inside. You can see the doors in the photos. Rooms 1 and 2 are on one side of the house and share a bathroom. Rooms 3 and 4 are on the opposite side of the house near the kitchen and garage and share a bathroom. Room 5 is the master and has its own bathroom. *Central heater is on the fritz! Each room is equipped with a space heater. The home stays plenty warm. If you have concerns please contact me! Central AC is in full working order!

There are 4 other guest rooms and typically most rooms are full - conversation and interaction is up to you! There is plenty of space and it’s always a great atmosphere. *This is not a short-term rental. 31 nights or more required.
