Riley's room

Hello, my name is Riley. I’m looking for a roommate in my 2bed/2bath house in Vista. The room is unfurnished and comes with a private bathroom. The house is walking distance to the Main Street restaurants, cafes, movie theater, & breweries. It’s about 15-20 minutes to CSUSM by car and also walking distance to the Sprinter station.

Each room has its own AC/heating units and there’s in-unit washer/dryer in the garage. The house has off street parking and a big yard and patio.

Rent is $1350/month with all utilities included (SDG&E, Water, Trash, Internet).

I’m a 25 year old male. I’m really outdoorsy and I love to garden and travel. I’m a direct and respectful communicator and I am pretty easy-going and friendly. I’m an engineer and I work from home most of the time. I’m looking for a roommate who’s a young professional or student, easy going, and career/school-motivated. I’m pretty clean, but not obsessive.
