Large private and fully furnished bedroom connected to another room (both for renter’s personal use), with a separate private bathroom. Both rooms have great natural light, but the second room has large windows on three sides and is beautiful for exercising, yoga, reading, etc. The main room allows you to sleep in with the curtains closed and the door closed to the adjoining room. The house has been newly renovated in the last few years with updated bathrooms, kitchen appliances, and wood floors. The room has a private entrance for their use. The shared spaces include the updated kitchen, first-floor laundry room, living room with smart TV, yard, and separate garage for storage. There is also a private parking space for the renter’s use.

This private seaside neighborhood provides easy access to public transit (train, bus, ferry), a private beach, and a protected forest with hiking paths. It’s within walking distance of downtown Hingham restaurants and shops. Hingham is only 30 minutes from downtown Boston and perfectly positioned to experience the beautiful neighboring towns of Hull, Cohasset, Scituate, and more. The neighborhood is also very social and hosts events throughout the year.

Young professional working in tech and fully remote from home. I’m a single father to two well-behaved little boys, ages six and three. My children are with me half the time, meaning it would be five days on and five off (every Monday/Tuesday, and every other Friday thru Sunday).
