This room is significantly larger than the others in the house and has 2 bathrooms right by the room. It’s great for someone on SS income, students, or visa.

Location Perfectly situated near I-88, Route 59, and Butterfield. You’re minutes away from the Amazon Warehouse, Fox Valley Mall, Premium Outlets, Costco, Target, Walmart, and the train station.

The Details Rent: $645/month + split utilities.

Utilities: Shared between 6 roommates (approx. $75–$140 depending on usage; average is currently $120). Includes electric, gas, water, high-speed internet approx 1000 Mbps), lawn care, and street cleaning.

Roommates: You’ll be joining 5 friendly guys. We are looking for another male housemate to keep the current dynamic.

Requirements: 12-month lease, proof of employment (6+ months), and Renter’s Insurance (approx. $60/year). 1-month security deposit required refundable (850 fee, increased due to lawyer’s fee). No pets, please.

A Note on Renovations (The “Good Deal” Disclaimer) The rent is intentionally set low because the home is currently undergoing renovations (flooring, tile, kitchen, and bath updates). I am working hard to modernize everything with new appliances and fresh paint. New washer, new dryer, new hot water tank just installed.

The Trade-off: In exchange for the discounted rent, I ask for your patience with the tools/projects and no visitors until the renovations are complete.

The Bonus: Your rent will not increase once the upgrades are finished! Please note that the photos have not been updated since last year.

Please keep in mind that this house has 3 floors, 6 bedrooms, 5 other really nice people, and 3 bathrooms. Thanks. The size of the room is about 24 x 12 feet, and which is on the 3rd floor. 1st floor has 1 bedroom, a garage, patio with a fire pit, and the laundry room 2nd floor has 2bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, outside upper deck, and the living room, The 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Attic/ crawl space can be used for more storage if needed.
