Old Pine Trail

Well the room that I’m renting, is in a nice condo fully furnished private bathroom. Screened and porch. Tennis courts and swimming pool. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful also I pay for homeowners association the room’s not real big. But I provide two extra closets. And you can store some things in my garage as long as it’s not a lot I live in the eagle harbor that’s part of Fleming Island which provides grocery stores Walmart Publix Target are walking distance also I have washer and dryer, BBQ, and it’s comfy here.

I live here by myself. I mostly do cleaning a lot of keeping in the yard. Also I do pet sitting I do have a purebred Bengal cat very expensive cat worth everything of it and I have a domestic cat.
