Sam's room

The room (12’ x 12’) is available with or without furniture, and you will have your own bathroom. All utilities paid, including internet. The rent also includes the use of the kitchen and washer/dryer. This house is a very low-key, nonparty ragging house. We have an above-ground 20 x 25 ft above-ground pool and Spa in the backyard for relaxing. Parking on the street and or the driveway is available depending on the size of the vehicle.

First, my 12-year-old daughter lives with me on Mon, Tues, and every other weekend. I have a chocolate lab that barks at shadows. I’m a 51-year-old professional worker and an avid gamer who also enjoys the outdoors and camping.
