Owner and lovable Greyhound occupied 4 bedroom home located in a safe neighborhood at the end of a dead-end street next to the woods. If you love wildlife, this is the spot for you! Deck with patio furniture located outside kitchen door which also leads to a fully fenced in yard. Smoking is allowed outside on the deck or in the yard. Restaurants, grocery stores and entrance to Mass pike & Rt 91 are 3 minutes away.

Your bedroom is on the 2nd floor, with a shared full bath. This fully furnished room has a full sized bed, reading chair, table for working or eating, high speed Internet & Wi-Fi, TV with Amazon Firestick, large closet and dresser. Towels, linens, and 1 cup coffee maker are also in the room. This bedroom has a locking door with key. Shared spaces on the 1st floor include the kitchen, living room and a full bathroom. Please feel free to cook if you like, The kitchen has everything you need. The living room has working fireplace, a big L-shaped couch, rocker recliner, and a smart TV. The 1st floor bathroom has a shower, vessel sink and a full size washer/dryer.

All utilities are included in your $1,000 monthly rent. Smoking is allowed outside only please. Might consider someone with a dog, as long as your dog and my dog get along and your dog is house trained. Privacy is always respected.

I am an easy going artist/small business owner and I live on the 1st floor with my Greyhound Houli. Second floor has a female tenant that you would share the upstairs bathroom with. There is one other male tenant living in the finished basement and he will be moving out on or before May1st. He shares the downstairs bathroom with me.
