Private 1/1, designated bathroom in a 4/3 owner-occupied home in Sarasota 34232. This room has private keyed exterior access and a semi-private patio area. Mini fridge and microwave, furnished as option.

I am the owner and I occupy this 4/3 home within the master suite. I am seeking a mature, working professional, able to fulfill contract where mutual agreement benefits both parties. I am easy going, considerate, with a high regard for safety, privacy and the rights of individuals. I am very protective of my dwelling and persons within, having privilege and rights to access interior space of home. I do not have company or social gatherins, rarely have visitors and typically outdoorson patio. For the purpose of safety and security, I ask same from potential tenants. Arts and music, liveliness is welcome, though this is not a party house. No drugs or alcohol permitted. No traffic. To each their own in private lives, and not my business what others prefer privately and personally. Room offered to one tenant at this time , no couples unless agreed upon prior to occuring. This is a low traffic neighborhood, peaceful, and no tolerance for abuse, unlawful attempts to squat, or any other disregard for persons or property. I keep to myself, have separate space when home to provide privacy and peace if other person occupies space as tenant. I’m available for communication at any time, open-minded, and appreciate direct communication as a tenant would be considered similar to like family within my home, though I am not seeking a relationship or have expectations that way, I am a compassionate person, with background in healthcare and early childhood education programs, a caregiver type, though vigilant in regard to predatory types attenpting to abuse caring people selfishly. Just to give some background experience about me. Seeking a situation where both parties are benefitting fairly and mutually and no tricks up anyone’s sleeves, therefore agreement/contract made prior to move in.
