Kyle's room

As per lease terms no pets indoor/outdoor (sorry!), no indoor smoking,

I am renting a small 2bd 1bath house in downtown Maryville, TN. The homeowners will allow a good person to rent with me and stay in the 2nd bedroom after a background check with the Property Management company.

There are 2 rooms, I’m not particular to either one. the first is 10X11 with a decent closet, the second is 10X8 also with a good closet.

There are windows in every room which lends to good natural lighting. there is a small living/dining space that I have a table in, and a kitchen (separate).

I also have a washer and dryer that are very new. shared fridge and pantry.

Cons: no fenced in yard (although there is a yard); no privacy, neighbors on all sides(good neighbors though), limited parking space has only enough room for 2 cars; no internet service set up yet;

Pros: nice neighborhood, close to everything including my favorite, nature walks (“The Greenway”). house is nice and in good condition, clean, and well kept. (I’ve been living here 6months already)

I’m living and working in Maryville, TN. I’m currently in between jobs (as of Jan 15th) but that is soon to change.

It’s just me and only room for (1) other person since there are only (2) bedrooms.

purpose: It would be nice to save on rent. I’m looking to split cost with the right person.

About me: I’m eccentric (but nice) and an introvert, which means I recharge in my own space by keeping to myself and doing things I’m interested in which often is going for a run/walk/drive, reading, writing, research fiction/non-fiction, and listening to informational podcasts and commentaries.
