The house is in the milk district. Just 5 minutes from downtown and centrally located to most of Orlando. Cozy unfurnished bedroom with two windows & shared bathroom. Comfortable living space and an art/yoga room off the back of the house. Also has a garage for extra storage. Unfortunately the home is not pet friendly.

Roommates are professionals. One works as a waiter and keeps to himself most of the time. I am a nurse. I spend quite a bit of my free time in the shared space and occasionally have friends over. I also love to be outdoors and bake. We’re friendly and courteous. We rotate weeks to clean the shared spaces.
