FAQ Most questions can be solved by reading this advertisement.
Q1. Do you accept 2+ adults? A1. No. We are only accepting one person for this room. Occasional overnight guests are fine, but please no live-in significant others. 4 people sharing one kitchen, one bathroom, etc. is enough already.
Q2. I’m presently living in New York/China/ISS and wish to get your room as soon as I arrive in Berkeley. Is that ok? A2. Your in-person tour and interview with us prior to your move-in are mandatory.
Q3. Can I move in later than April 1? A3. You can move in whenever you want on or after April 1 as long as you pay for the required initial rent and security deposit in full.
Q4. Is it ok if I have a cat/dog/ferret/etc.? A4. Again, we don’t allow pets in the household as the landlord forbids it.
About the roomies
We Are… 3 guys, ages 27-32. We are all either working or taking classes. Everyone is pretty much independent and has their own lives, but we don’t shy away from conversation in the shared rooms whenever we cross paths. The landlord lives in a detached house next to our apartment building.
