You can choose between any room that is not the Kitchen, second story bedroom, or laundry room. There are currently three available rooms, two of which can easily be made into bedrooms. A third could be made into a bedroom but it would be difficult. Rent is $800 per month, and utilities usually run ~$140. If you want data on square footage just send me a message and we can figure something out. Animals can be accommodated but there is a fee. I am currently paying for the internet, and it is usually around 26MB/s, outages are rare but do happen on occasion.

I am a current WKU student trying to make ends meet by getting a roommate since one of my scholarships was cancelled this semester and I am now struggling to pay rent. I am a Biology major and I do game on my PC.
