The bedroom comes with its own private bathroom and the walk-in closet is massive. Lots of space to store all clothing items and more. It’s a brand new apartment complex. I moved in 4 months ago and unfortunately due to work commute I am going to have to re locate and so I am offering the room as an option of fully furniture or for an empty bedroom. I did buy all the furniture when I moved in so it’s new furniture and we can discuss pricing of furniture pieces if you chose to keep some of them. If not I will remove all furniture. Besides the rent amount it’s about $80-$120 for utilities monthly.

You would be taking over my side of the lease. I have one roommate. She also has her own room and bathroom. She is a working professional and is also attending college so she is always either gone or in her room. She has been great living with and I wish I could take her as my roommate but I am the only one relocating. Of course you will be meeting her first to make sure both of you discuss details and get to know each other a bit before committing.
