my boyfriend is looking to rent out the second room in his condo we have a cat named kitty! were very fun welcoming people he just recently bought the place so we don’t have clutter or too much furniture he’s more introverted than me is a professional and keeps to himself and i cook and clean the place is always tidy so preferably a roommate who isn’t loud at night the neighborhood is a safe environment and respectable people live in we have a patio with some plants your always welcome to use the kitchen and silverware just be respectful and always clean after yourself :)
