Dominique's room

This is a large master bedroom (19.5’ x 15’) with an ensuite master bath. It has a vaulted ceiling, and the closet spans the entire 19.5’ length of the room. It also has a laundry chute from the master that leads to the laundry room below. There is plush new carpeting throughout the upstairs. The bedroom has a 10x4 private balcony off the master bedroom. The room can be provided fully furnished or unfurnished if you prefer to bring your own furniture. The house is in a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees with bike and walking paths. There is off street parking and access to the three grocery stores, the mall, and other shopping all within a 10-minute drive. The closest grocery store is a 5-minute drive away and 20 minutes walking.

I have been living in this house for almost two years with my son who is there 1/2 the time. He is 13.5 years-old. I travel extensivley when my son is with me and when he is with his father so the home is often vacant for long stretches. Since this is a four bedroom home, it makes sense to get a roommate and I have decided to pursue that option now. I prefer a settled woman who is a non-smoker and mature.
